Maintaining Learning "Mojjo"

Formal Education has been linked as a means to an end. The end goal being higher education, job etc  which advances an individual on the professional front. As the individual continues to make strides in his career, his passion/interest for "Learning" fades into background, in turn creating  a "Skill Gap" which is never bridged.

I have been recently thinking on how the "Skill Gap" can be addressed  and strongly believe  that this can be done only if "Learning Mojjo" is sustained. However, sustaining that mojjo as an individual is difficult.

Chemistry says, there has be "catalysts" to enhance the reaction. Learning catalysts can be friends, colleagues  or a "Common Platform" which facilitates rich peer to peer interaction to share knowledge/expertise.

this kind of Platform make a huge impact on the community/society , turning every "Individual" both as a Teacher & Student and in the process create  a "True Learning Experience" for everyone involved
